My name is Ffion, and I am the artist and maker behind CornelCelf, my small jewellery and art business, which I founded in 2022. I am a Welsh-speaking creative based in Mid Wales, where I grew up on a sheep farm surrounded by the wild beauty of the Welsh hills. The colours, textures, landscapes, and wildlife of my home have always shaped the way I create, inspiring much of my work in acrylic and oil paint.

Alongside painting, I also hand-make jewellery — something that began as a creative hobby while I was at university and grew into an important part of CornelCelf.
Every piece of jewellery I make is one of a kind, carefully handcrafted from polymer clay and finished with 18k gold-plated, 925 sterling silver, or stainless-steel findings. Some of my collections include unique details from nature, such as shells I collected from Ynys Las and Aberaeron, and sea glass gathered from beaches in the north of Scotland.

I studied Fine Art at Cardiff Metropolitan University, but it did not take long for me to realise that my heart belonged back in the rural calm of Mid Wales. Today, my work can be found in shops in Aberystwyth, Machynlleth, and Abermule, with selected pieces also on display at the Aleppo Merchant Inn in Carno.
I also welcome commissions and enjoy creating bespoke pieces that bring individual ideas, memories, and inspirations to life.
